When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that shipping speeds are separate from, and do not account for the time required to produce the order. All items are hand-made in the order in which they are recieved. Genreally, this will take anywhere from a day to a week, depending on the current workload.Selecting expedited shipping will ensure your item arrives as quickily as possible once it has been produced, but will not shorten the production time.
Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY
Due to the intimate nature of these products, returns can not be accepted.
Replacement is possible only due to manufacturer's error and only within 7 days of delivery.
Actual colors may differ from what is seen on the website. Discolorations and pigment variance make each handmade item unique.
Measurements may not be precise as hese items are individually handmade. This is not a valid reason for a replacement.
Items may bear marks or imperfections which result from the handmade nature of the castings. Their occurrences and impact have been minimized as much as possible. They are not valid reasons for a replacement.
